Fall Barn Family Photos

I love when clients come back for more family photos, it’s so fun seeing the kids and photographing people I have met before! Andrea wanted some fall barn family photos this year, and this is the perfect season for a visit to the farm! Andrea shares my Kyte Baby obsession, so you know I was thrilled when the littles showed up in matching clementine outfits. 😉 I was so excited to see that their daughter remembered me from their last session at Robertson Park, and their son is a little older than mine, so I loved the little sneak peek at what life will be like in a couple months.

We had so much fun running around the farm: holding pumpkins, playing on the wood stumps, and peeking into the huge barn. Dublin Heritage is definitely a fun place for children. Some of my favorite photos end up being the ones where nobody was posing, but the kids are just being kids. It’s a fun place for photographers too – we weren’t the only ones taking advantage of sunset at the barn! I love the golden glow in this set of photos, but I had a lot of fun with black and white here too. I think the lack of color shows a lot of the emotions and family love. Never underestimate a good B&W sun flare!

Andrea and Jamie, thanks so much for being return clients! I loved meeting with you guys again and seeing how your kids have grown! Enjoy these few fall sneak peeks, and I’ll see you in a couple days for Christmas photos! 🙂
